This college, which is the only Govt. Higher Education Institute of Haryana located on Shivalik hills, was established in the year 2020. At present, it is functioning as a makeshift arrangement in the premises of Government Polytechnic, Village Behlon (Morni) ,which is located on the road connecting Panchkula to Morni and Tikkar Tal, the popular tourist spots. The college campus is surrounding by lush green lawns, fruit bearing trees and enchanting valley presenting a wonderful and soothing view with fresh, pollution free air.
