This College was established in the year 2020 . It was inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal Khattar on 3 August 2020.Classes were started from the academic session 2020-21 in  building as make shift arrangement. Initially Government has given permission to start one  course Bachelor of Arts  with 60 seats from the session 2020-21. this college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra .
